The American University of Armenia is proud to announce their new Scholarship for International Students.

The AUA International Scholarship is provided to cover up to 50% of the total cost of the published international tuition, and will be awarded to those admitted students who meet high academic standards, as determined by the remainder of their admission materials.

The AUA International Scholarship is available for those applicants who do not qualify for Armenian tuition in one of the following ways:

  • Citizenship of the Republic of Armenia or the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh
  • 10 Year Visa from the Republic of Armenia

To be considered for an international scholarship, you must attach an essay to a special application form that includes the following information:

  • Describe your professional goals and how your AUA degree will prepare you for or advance your career.
  • Clearly explain why you should be considered – what sets you apart from peers in your department or at AUA in general.
  • Essays should be typed and double spaced – not to exceed 4 pages.

Submit the essay and the special application form along with your application for admission to AUA.
